• Minimum Credit Scores Apply
• Minimum Security Deposit $350 *(On Approved Credit)
• A reservation deposit of $100 will be required to hold a unit and will be applied towards Security Deposit upon move-in.
• A $50-$75 application processing fee for each adult applicant will be required
• Identification required
